Dad Won't Let Go of Meg's Yo-Yo

When Meg’s father gives her a yo-yo, Meg is glad until Dad shows off all his tricks on the yo-yo. Dad says, “Not yet,” to Meg, making her wait for her gift. Does Meg get mad? Both the author, Mrs. K, a reading and writing teacher, and the illustrator, Mrs. A, an art teacher, hold master’s degrees in education. Mrs. K has 15 years tutoring experience and 7 years of public school and university teaching. Mrs. A has more than 30 years teaching experience, and has published cartoons, greeting cards and advertising illustrations.
